I consent to my statement being submitted as evidence in court proceedings, including the High Court judicial review AC-2025-LON-001412, county court proceedings, and any future litigation relating to CMS enforcement. I consent to my statement (anonymised or attributed, as I specify below) being submitted to Parliament — including the Work and Pensions Select Committee, the Public Services Committee, individual MPs, and parliamentary inquiries. I consent to my statement being shared with solicitors and barristers working on CMS enforcement matters, including for the purpose of assessing whether I may be a potential claimant in group litigation. I understand that a group action claim may be pursued in the future against CMS/DWP in relation to unlawful enforcement, and I consent to being contacted regarding whether I may wish to be included as a claimant. I understand this is not a commitment and I can decline at any time. I consent to my statement being shared with the Serious Fraud Office in connection with NCA referral, as supporting evidence of the scale and nature of the enforcement practices under investigation. I consent to my statement being submitted for independent academic or investigative review — for example, to researchers studying CMS enforcement, the DWP, or child maintenance policy — on an anonymised basis unless I indicate otherwise.
